BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED

NEXT SESSION BEGINS 9/7/20 BEGINNER

WATERSOUND ORIGINS CLUBHOUSE

Classes will be held outside with social distancing.  During inclement weather, mask will be required.     

YOGA:  Sun Salutations, yoga poses with emphasis on alignment, and yin release for athletes.

PRANAYAMA:  Learn breathing techniques to calm the                 central nervous system to reduce stress and optimize                   meditation.

FITNESS:  Weight training, Core strength training. 

NUTRITION:  Holistic and mindful eating with the athlete in         mind.

CARDIO FITNESS:  Brisk walking (beginner)                                       Running (intermediate/advanced)
